Need a ALL in ONE Handyman/contractor.
I'm moving into a co-op and need a bunch of basic things done such as re-sand/finish hardwood floors/stairs, basic kitchen renovation such as installing a dishwasher, washing machine (electrical/plumbing knowledge). As it is a co-op this person/company needs to have the appropriate insurance. I'm looking for someone that can do all these items and who takes pride in their work and trustworthy. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
