actually i did this a couple of weeks ago (the candle poem see below) got this from Cuteauburnininny (LIW bride) and my friend LOVED it!

hey girls just thought this was acute idea to share as a gift for someones bridal shower. i have given this to the bride to be's at there sgowers and everyone loved it. here are 2 poems you can make baskets with.

A Bundle of Candles

A bundle of candles that come in a pair,
Of all different colors, for you two to share.

The white ones burn first. They are wrapped in white lace,
To celebrate the first night in your new chosen place.

The next set of candles is green, as you see -
Use them with your first dinner company.

There are candles to burn for Christmas Eve, before bed.
Your first Christmas married: that's why they are red.

The navy candles are for the very first fight.
Use them to burn when making up all night.

Pink candles set the mood and pave the way
For your first married Valentine's Day.

Now, when your first year of marriage is through,
The cream anniversary pair will light for you two.

By this time we hope that maybe, just maybe -
You could burn the yellow ones on the birth of your (grand) baby.

Now just one pair left, for the big 2-5;
The anniversary pair that will keep your love alive.

So congratulations both of you on the start of your 'forever.'
May the two of you always be happy together.........

And burn these candles just the way we said;
But please don't forget - blow them out before bed!

For the Bride to be,
Here are a few things
that you might enjoy.......
Just something for you and your boy!

First off a little negligee
for you to wear -
To be sexy and fun with your man if you dare!

There is also some chocolate syrup
for ultimate flavor -
Followed by whipped cream
for you to savor.

Now you need some maraschino cherries -
To start brand new.
And finally - extra little nuts -
Even though you now have two!!
