I am so SICK of Bank of America. I have been having nothing but problems with them. Does anybody have a good bank that they use, that they can recommend!! As of tomorrow, I need to find one, b/c we are going down and withdrawing all the $$$$$ HELP!!!

I bank with Astoria and Commerce, I say Astoria is better because they also have no fee accounts and my atm card is a debit and a credit card, with Commerce of course they are no fees and open late but my card is only a debit card and that annoys me also if i pay my credit card online from commerce there is always a few days delay for the payment to post and astoria is always right away JMO
I have Commerce and I am able to use the atm card as a credit card, it has the Visa logo on it for that reason. And anytime I've paid bills with Commerce it has always gone through right away. Maybe it depends on whether you pay the bills through Commerce or the vendor's website?
But I switched from Wamu to Commerce & haven't looked back. I've had them for over a year now and love it. I was paying for Gold Checking at Wamu for no real added benefits. Wasted money. At Commerce even after they close the tellers, you can still do business through their drive thru tellers. And if you go into the drive thru tellers with your dog, they give you doggie treats!

I think Commerce is the best! They are open 7 days a week and most checks clear w/in 24 hrs.

I bank with Commerce and I never have a delay....
how do you have an atm debit and credit card? i never heard of that!! thats pretty cool.
My astoria atm card has the M/C logo and can be used as a debit card and get charged a dollar or say its credit and get charged nothing and the money comes right out of the account, its still really a debit card but i am not getting charged,

I am paying through the vendor's website maybe thats why, and even though it had the visa logo on it, it says Debit card on the top and have had problems if a store doesn't accept debit cards the charge doesn't go through
