I am so SICK of Bank of America. I have been having nothing but problems with them. Does anybody have a good bank that they use, that they can recommend!! As of tomorrow, I need to find one, b/c we are going down and withdrawing all the $$$$$ HELP!!!

I LOOOOVVVVEEEEE Commerce Bank!!! The ladies on here actually gave me advice to move from BOA to Commerce and Im so glad I did!!

HATE BoA. They are the worst for EVERYONE.
I love WaMu.
Commerce is a challenge sometimes - they have been known to be less than friendly with regard to client chargebacks and also have a lot of fraud because of the stupid way they issue card numbers.
CitiBank is AWESOME... but you need to have a considerable amount of money to make it worthwhile.

I build the Washington Mututal banks!! I'm the construction manager, and I can tell you they put customer service first, they are really good, and Commerce is really good too. Goo Luck

Def. wamu.. they have new fangled better checking accounts now (im an old cust so i can't upgrade thats the only down side of them!) free withdrawals evreywhere, quick walk in branches all over li and nyc... drop 1 over draft fee per year loads more!
loove wamu.. been with them 4 years i think?

I use HSBC and I've never had any problems. I would've totally used Wamu if there were any close by.

I've been with WAMU for about 4 years too....I asked about the new checking accounts they have now (free checks for life & money back on debit card purchases) and they told me I could change my account to that...I haven't done it yet, but I definitely want to!! yeah WAMU!!!!!

I love Astoria!!! I also have Commerce and I like them. I had A Citibank card and hated them and Bank of New York was crazy fees. Chase's service people are horrible. Unfortunately my grandma died without a will and she had money at every bank. Chase was the hardest bank to get the money from. Even with attorney letters and everything. That was a nightmare. I heard that Chase and Bank of New York have an agreement so do not go Chase and Bank of New York.

commerce is the best bank in the world. the only thing that commerce could do better is hire the geico gecho as its spokesman! They are open 7 days a week and until 8pm on weeknights. I LOVE that bank!

Are they?? That's nice to know. Some banks close at 3pm or 5pm. But 8pm that's wonderful!!! It seems to be a toss up with commerce and washington mutual. not sure???
