Need a hairstylist for my wedding - FAST!!!!

I'm getting married next week and I still don't have someone who can do my hair. I've tried several vendors thus far and I've had no luck. They have either done something totally different than what I specifically asked for or just stuck with the 'prom' theme hair.

Is there anyone you guys can recommend that knows how to do modern hairstyles with a little bit of a twist. The style I am looking at right now isn't very complicated (below is a pic), but I may want something else.

Please pass along any information you think would be helpful. I would really appreciate it. Thanks ladies.

did you try Mya from Cosmetic Artistry?

I'm sure she is booked but I am using her and she could TOTALLY do that for you - no doubt. I love her! You should call her - she works at

did u post this on vendors helping brides??? The girls at my salon are AWESOME! They just dont come to you the day of if they are working in the salon.. u would have to go to them. Its called Hair Studio 27 in West Islip on Sunrise Hwy! Good luck!!!!!!
