Need a Quote on Villa Lombardi's, Lands End and Chateau Briand!

Hi all!
I am very interested in Villa Lombardi's, Lands End, and Chateau Briand! Has anyone been there recently and received a quote? Ideally, I want my wedding on a Saturday night, May 2015, 150ppl. I am open to a possible Friday too.... no sundays. Thanks!

Could you let me know if you get the chateau briand quote? I don't have pricing for lands end, but I went to a wedding there in 2010- it was beautiful !

ill give you the quote for lands end when i get home from work today!!! but its rather pricey just to prepare you but maybe not all depends what you wanna spend

I would call Chateau Briand because rumor has it they're knocking it down and rebuilding the whole thing!

Lands End was really expensive...I priced it out and was surprised how dated the place was! THe view is gorgeous but the inside definitely needs some updating. Also, in May for a Saturday night I believe you have to guarantee at least 175. Honestly, the only way to find out is go visit everywhere! Going from hall to hall is great and one of the best parts of planning!!! Good luck :)

Lands end on a friday night in may would have been $130++ with a 150 minimum guarantee. I found it to be very expensive compared to the other 12 venues I looked at. i loved it but it was just too expensive for us. (Saturday nights ranger 20-40 dollars more per person)
