(Sorry, this is a repost from the Yanks board .. I didn't get any responses there, and I need help with this quickly)
Can someone recommend the best place(s) to check out to get an authentic Yankee jersey .. and have a custom name and number stitched on the back???
I'd need it back to me in no more than 2 weeks.
And for the record, yes, I know Yanks do not carry their names on the back of the jerseys.

I don't know if this is any help but I recently ordered a Jets jersey for my DH - I went on the Jets website.
Do the Yankees have there own website where they sell stuff.?

check ebay - there's plenty of vendors on there that'll do it for you quickly

I used to work in Plaza Sports in Rocky Point...they used to carry authentic jerseys, but they had to send them out for the sewn-on letters and honestly, 2 weeks is really pushing it! Not sure they could get it back to you that quickly.

I knew 2 weeks was probably pushing the limits .. thanks for the suggestions .. I checked the Yankees site .. quickly .. and didn't see anything for custom name & number .. I need to keep searching ..
Any other ideas???

They won't do one if the name/number is retired. I tried.
