need headpiece advice (updated w/ frontal pics from hair trial)
Girls-
Seeing pics of my hair trial (in album), do you think its okay that I am not wearing anything in front of that height I have at the crown? I bought a hair comb for the back and I am not wearing a veil.
I started to think that bc I will have alot of height at crown, it may look better to have something right in front of it. My hair comb for the back was custom made and I love it, but I think doing something like wearing a simple headband/tiara too would be too much going on.
What do you think? TIA!
ETA: frontal pics from hair trial in post below. pics directly below are my hair comb and a hair pin i came across maybe for front? not sure exactly where/how to wear that in the front w/ my hair style
you hair looks amazing. If you wanted to put anything in the front..i would just do hair pins. A simple tiara/headpiece would be too much I think.

hmmm, thats an idea...i too think a headband or simple tiara would be too much as well. not sure what kind of hair pins id use though. gonna go start looking online for ideas.

k, i updated original post w/ an idea of a hair pin for the front, what do you think- too much or good idea? and how/where would i wear it in the front?

I love the way your hair looks.
I don't think you need anything, but if you wanted to add, I agree that single pins of small pearls might work.

I think your hair looks amazing in your pics. You don't need to change a thing but if you want a few of those pins would look good!

I think it looks fine the way it is. If it were me JMHO, I wouldn't gussy it up with anything. You're gonna look so pretty!

Jess, I really like the way they did your hair. I think it would still look as nice if you did a row of single hairpins (the indivitual ones with the pearl tips that have the crystal in the middle, for example) in the front. I would put it in front of the 'bump' so that it looks like a VERY simple haircomb.
If you don't like this idea, then just leave it as is.

im personally not into tiaras and am searching for a hair comb or spray similar to yours! I loooooooove that comb and loved it the 1st time u showed it.

Jess, these are pics of what I was trying to explain. These are Dee606's hair trial. The stylist used individual hairpins across the front of her hair to achieve that 'haircomb' look. You can use simpler pins if you don't want too much up front. Anyway, just an idea.
ryan- i think what is making me second guess the look is that most of the pics in my album from my trial are not head on. i have a few other pics from the front and it looks like maybe i need something. not sure ill post one of those pics so you can see.
rosella- im DEF using that darn hair comb- ive waited 4 of the 6 wks so far to get it and paid a good amt so its going to use. I still love it, and am really not a tiara girl, was just worried about front.
yesenia- i think i know what you mean..i am going to look online at really plain hair pins w/ just pearls. if i do too many tho, i think i might as well just do the tiara since it starts to look like that. not sure if maybe one more intricate pin would be a better option. i love the look of that trial tho, very pretty!

Jess, now that you posted the front view pics, I thought of another suggestion. How about getting plain crystal (SMALL) hair pins and putting a few randomly in the bump part and sides? Just to add that little something that you felt like you might need. (This would be instead of lining them up to look like a haircomb). What do you think?

dunno why i love the other views but not crazy about how it photographs from front. i think maybe i just dont like those particular pictures of me, who knows. anyhow, maybe ill just do a touch less height. i also think the plain small crystal pins used randomly in front might be an idea too. if you see any pics, def share. im gonna see what else i can find.
