Need help!!!!!!!!!!

I need your ideas for what to do if I'm not close to my minimum. I've heard you can negotiate things with the hall. I will obviously pay for the minimum amount of people, but it looks like we might be paying for 30 people that aren't there. Think I can try for an extra hour? What else?

I swear if one more person drops out from the bridal party I am going to strangle them! You'd think inviting 190 people would have covered a 125 minimum.

Have you thought about negotiating for upgrades to your cocktail hour, like an extra station or two, or a Martini Bar? Maybe a chocolate fountain, or a viennese hour for dessert?

Maybe you can invite more people?
Or is it too late to do that?

I am so sorry... you would think out of 190 your min would be met.

I would definitely talk to your BM about it and ask for an extra station at the CH and a Vienesse hr or something.

Was there an extra the hall provides that you didnt want to spend extra for?
