I agree too no ribbon, unless you change the color to a neutral shade.

I think they both look nice, but I like the one w/out the ribbon a little better.

I think they look fussy with the ribbon and honestly, the ribbons WILL NOT stay in place on the day of the wedding. LOL inevitably some will come undone in transport and there will be chaos following. if you want color, could you print the cards in red ink instead? I like the 'crisp' look without the extra poof. We had the same issue with our invites and after spending hours tyign ribbos...we cut em ALL OFF Because they didn't look unifrm-ribbon tying is no joke! Save yourself the trouble. They look pretty as they are in the first pic.

I agree, if you want them to look uniform then I would go without ribbon. I think they are very pretty with the watermark monogram, very classic.

And who voted 'they're ugly keep trying' ? That's mean.

My vote was for without ribbon... they look beautiful either way, but the ribbon will take you forever and you should save your effort on something that people will notice and appreciate more!

THANK YOU EVERYONE its so nice to have so many people have great suggestions... And I will not be doing the ribbon!!
It is a lot of work like a lot of you mentioned, and I can't make it exactly the same, and then I was having to double side tape them inside, and I'm afraid the hall might not fix them when displaying them, after reading everyone's suggestions.

I think the both look nice ...but it depends...

Does anythign else on the table have ribbon - menu, table number???

If so, I think it will be a ribbon overkill...

if not, go with the ribbon.
