Need Help!!! Bridesmaids

I am havng six girls in my bridal party, and they were very hard to choose. I do not really want to go any bigger than that. However, I have one friend that I could not include. She has been a friend to me and my family for years. I want her to have a special role in the wedding. I thought of asking her to do a reading, but she is horrified to speak in front of a crowd. I want this to be an honor, not an obligation. What other role can I ask her to do so that she is part of the wedding. Any suggestions??? Please Help!!! Thank You!!!
