need help finding a headpiece

i'm really not looking to spend hundred of dollars on a headpiece. i'm looking for a nice brooch to wear in my hair off to the side. i don't want to get it at the salon where i bought my dress because they're all pretty pricey there. ordering online isn't an option, because i need to see it in person.

my question is, does anyone know where they sell nice ones in the city? i'm sure there are tons of places in the fashion district, i just don't know where to start looking and was wondering if anybody had any advice. thanks so much!!

Re: need help finding a headpiece

Check out Bridal Styles in Brooklyn. Though they have a lot of expensive things, they are very good about working within a budget and have an enormous stock with lots of different price ranges. All they do is headpieces there, and that's it. Check em out!

Re: need help finding a headpiece

There are a few stores in the city near 34th on 6th Avenue that you might want to check out. I don't know the names though...HTH

not the city, but might be worth making a trip to tri county on long island - you can definitely get a beauitful headpiece for under $100

Lovely

most adorable bridal shop i've ever been too. I found a beautiful vintage looking flower for my hair that didn't break the bank -- only cost about 55 dollars. They will order anything for you too.

Highly highly recommend!
