Where are you thinking? Suffolk or Nassau? Traditional or modern? Certain things you like (wine/vineyards, rustic, outdoor space)?

Is there a specific day of the week you'd like to get married on? Time of year - is it August?

I would suggest some of the Lessings with an all inclusive package, Mediterranean Manor, Sunset Harbour, Windows on the LakeThose should all be in and around your budget in Suffolk!

You should have no problem with that budget. Like other said, what are your wedding dreams, time of year, day of the week etc?

That budget should be fine, but you definitely need to narrow down the type of venue you want, and depending on that, make a list from there. I found lots of places were willing to give quotes via email, so reach out to as many as you can and then make a list of like 10 (at most or else you'll drive yourself crazy) that you want to visit.

Normally I would say visit the Lessing venues (Three Village Inn, Mansion at Timber Point, Smithtown Landing, and the Mansion at West Sayville), but I think they may be too small for your guest count. East Wind, the Riviera, and Captain Bills in Bay Shore are also some popular affordable options. It is important to determine what your must's are for the venue. This sites venue tool is really helpful as was the knot for me.

Bellport Country Club can fit your guest count and depending on your time of year/day then it will definitely fit your budget with 200 people. Also, East Wind and Fox Hollow might be worth checking out although I'm not sure on pricing for them.

I agree with all the ladies on here. Narrow the county, day of the week and time of the year. Then email different locations throughout long island as some will give you preliminary quotes via email. This site has the venue section that you can filter to accommodate your needs. Finally, yes the lessings and sterlings do all inclusive packages for $10k throughout. I would definitely contact them for a walk through. Good luck hun and congratulations!
