Need Help- OOT guests from Sweden

FH's entire family and friends are from Sweden and we know it is going to be expensive for them to come over. Does anyone have any ideas to make it cheaper for the hotel? Any ideas or recommendations for renting houses or apartments for a one week period. I have all ready started looking into some group rates during the week at hotels that don't seem bad but the hotel for the night of the wedding is kind of expensive.
I have been really upset about this lately because I know this is going to cost a small fortune for them to come here and I want to do the best job I can to make sure I secure the best deals/group rates I can.
