I'm having a really hard time choosing between three photographers. I've met with Imagine, J O V O N and Silverfox - and I really like all of them.
My sister used Imagine a few years ago, and I really like them, but my fear is that since it's a two person shop, there's no back up should someone get sick.
JV and Silverfox also seem great, but I don't know anyone who has used either of them.
If anyone has thoughts or even pictures from any of them, please let me know. I'm desperate for reviews!

We are using Silverfox and they have been great to work with so far. Check the reviews on here -there are many girls that have used them.

IMAGINE!!! thats who we're using... I have heard only great things about them, nothing negative whatsoever. I know she has assistants god forbid they couldn't make it, I did not even think of that senerio, but I still would choose them! Lia is so sweet and calm, definitely someone i would want with me on my wedding day and their pictures are just gorgeous. good luck!

I vote for Imagine Studios. I met with Lia last year and she was so sweet and accomodating. I have read nothing but great things about her on this site and her pics are beautiful. Another plus is that you saw her in action at your sisters wedding and loved the pictures.

We met with, but didn't book with Silverfox. However, we really liked them. I didn't meet with your other two options, but I thought Silverfox was really professional, worked within your budget and did really nice work.

we used Silverfox (John&Ted) and were very happy with the pics and love our album layout. pics in my album and I did a slideshow in video album of more pics. take a look maybe it will help/.

Definitely Imagine!!!! I worried about that too! She assured me that it hadn't happened and that she would get it covered if needed. Check out some of her pro pics of my wedding. Imagine Studios Click Recent Weddings and Camille and Troy. Although if your sister used them, you know what work she produces. I can't wait to see the rest of mine!

We booked Silverfox. We did not speak to either of the other two. Here is why we book silverfox. -fell in love with the video ... the quality the experience. -we felt john and his staff really tried to get to know us as a couple and did not try to sell us stuff we didn't need. - the meet and greets with your photographer. I love this we have yet to go but i love the fact we can meet our photographer ahead of time (we are using Jodi) - there are soo many photgraphers back up for just in case. Someone at work used them however i never saw their pictures. I also have a friend who works within the wedding industry and he recommended Silverfox over the photographer his business is associated with.
On the other hand my friend use J O V O N last july. I loved the fact that I did not know untill 10 months later that she had a videographer. Her pictures were great....but to be honest I like silverfox's photos much better. In the end choose who you are comfortable with.

I vote for Imagine. They are amazing...which you already know since your sister used them. I had a similar concern, but Lia totally eased my concerns. I get the impression that she would have to be hospitalized for her to miss a wedding. Definitely book with her!!
BTW: My sister's friend just recently told me she wasnt happy with Silverfox at all...and was too upset to even create her album. Just one opinion, so hope this doesnt offend anyone, but thought I would share

Thanks. I really appreciate the honesty. As I'm typing this, I have a second window open because I'm in the process of emailing Lia to book my wedding. After reading all of the reviews, seeing the pics, and having two personal references, I just can't pass up Imagine. I know Lia and Nelson will be the perfect people to capture my day.

Imagine!! I had a big issue with the previous photographer we booked and a month ago had to make a last minute switch. We were down to Silverfox and Imagine and although i liked Silverfox.. I LOVED Imagine! Lia was so sweet and accomodating, and the pictures she showed us were amazing!! She also has another assistant for back up if needed!
