Need HELP!! STD addressing

Hey doesn't anyone know what is the correct way to label the STD envelopes for single people who are bringing a guest/GF/BF?

Should I put their name and the other person's name as well or just the main person I'm inviting and the (W/guests) can come later when the formal invite arrives or should I put it on the STD as well.

Since the STD is so informal...I'm not sure what the correct way to do is??

Please help!!

Should it also be 'Mr & Mrs' or just first and last names?

If you know the guest's name, (or you are close with them), I see no problem in putting their name as well. If you are unsure of a name, I think 'and Guest' is fine.

My STDs were very informal, so I did not write 'Mr. and Mrs.' and wrote out the name of the guest if I knew reasonably well who it would be. If I didn't know the name of the guest, I didn't even bother to write 'and Guest' - I figured that could wait until the formal invitation.

i kept them informal and addressed first name last name (no and guest). for FH's side of the family we used mr. and mrs. last name because he does not address friends of his parents by their first names.
