Sent you FM.
The books may suggest a certain time of the month but I think everyone is different.

Try doing the BD every day after your first week! that's what worked for me.

Try an ovualtion kit to see when your time is, everyone is different. Do not stress, avoid caffeine and have fun! You can always see a dr. it cant hurt.

Good Luck!

If you are AF is regular....14 days before you are to get AF. Worked for me, he is 6 years old . Two doctors had told me that.

It's important to get to know your cycle. Even if you have a 28 day cycle it doesn't mean you ovulate on day 14 (14 days before AF). It's best to use the ovulation sticks or a fertility monitor and maybe start tracking your temperatures (BBT Thermometer) b/c they tell you when (or if) you are ovulating.

I suggest every other day as if your DH sperm count it low every day could be too much -- not enough time for him to build up sperm in between doing the baby dance.

Towards the middle of your cycle is probably the best time to be most active.

Hope this helps.

I'm still trying too -- 14 months TTC. For me though it's so much timing as some medial issues that I am dealing with.

I am sorry to hear that you got AF. I know how disappointing that is. But hang in there your time will come. What really helped me were Ovulation Predictor Kits. They really helped me target my most fertile period.

Good Luck and tons of Baby Dust!
