Need Help with BM Dresses

My theme is black and hot pink. I just started planning last week and fh and I are getting married July 12th! So- basically I need to hurry things along. I found these dresses

In black and fuschia- but 2 of my BMs have complained about wearing strapless!!
One is chesty and the other doesnt like a mole on her shoulder Anyway- I need some Ideas of more BM dresses in black and hot pink..HELP! I need to order something asap!

BTW: I like the style of these dress. I want the tea-lengthish, I would go a bit shorter but nothing longer. And no sleeves--Maybe spaghetti strap or a thick strap...

I'm so confused

do you want all your girls in the same dress? have you considered doing different dress but in the same color and material? (Look in my album for example)
If you want the same dress, spaghetti straps can be easily be added to the dresses you've picked out. And for the shoulder thing.. i'm sure your makeup artist can do something so it's less noticeable.
