need help with colors/theme!!

so i havent officially ordered my bridesmaid dresses yet but im planning on getting tiffany blue bm dresses..and originally i wanted pink flowers for the girls

but ive been staring at mrsqin2007's pics and im getting obsessed with the blue and brown..specifically the blue and brown flower petals on the aisle runner as well as for things like invites, programs, petal cones ect..

so im trying to work this out in my head haha bc if i do all that with blue and brown..i cant have pink flowers for my girls soooo what do i get?? im not a huge fan of the tiffany blue dress with blue flowers i dont think..and cant really even picture me liking anything with brown...soo im clueless

any ideas? pics even maybe?? TIA

I just searched for pictures and can't find much. I do think that that tiffany blue and chocolate brown go great together, but also think that you can incorporate a tiny bit of pink and maybe white (or ivory) to balance it out. If I find a pic of what I'm thinking about, I'll post it.

I love blue and brown, you can do blue BM dresses with blue sashes or vice versa. You can def have your theme around these colors. It will look great

blue, brown and cream/white are HUGE now so you'll find alot of items to match it. its modern without losing a traditional feel

so I am doing tiffany with light and hot pinks and greens

but, you can always do the blue & brown with white flowers or baby pink even. Sorry- I dont have any pics

damn i didnt think of tuxes!!! if i did blue and brown i would have to get brown tuxes? are those easy to find??

you can find brown. I know Tuxedo Park in Carle Plac ehas them..someone posted about the recently

But you can also do black with brown vests...i think I have a pic of that,

oh - its hard to see- i know i had a closer up one

shucks i cant find it- but you can do black tux with black vest and tie too...see it gets confusing w/ brown...lol

I am doing brown and blue as well. The girls will carry sunflowers will blue irises and blue delphinium.

do u happen to have a pic of that? haha im trying to remember which ones were the blue iris or blue delphinimum.. tho my florist said that blue flowers are hard to guarentee bc of the weather they die really fast or something so im not even sure if i can get blue flowers

hmm i might stick with the ideas above with cream flowers or something

These are purple irises but the blue ones are more blue. that sounds dumb. I thought they looked really pretty with the brown dresses. My MOH will wear blue.

Did you start looking at invites yet?

oh those are really pretty!

im making my own invites so i can do whatever i want lol im doing pocketfolds so im thinking brown pocketfold, with blue mat, and ivory invite

ohhhhh cute!! thanks i needed a pic of all three together

but fh wont wear a brown tux..does that kill my theme? girls will be wearing a blue dress (no sash) holding light pink/cream flowers.petals with be brown, blue, and prob cream or light pink, invites, programs, menues will be brown and blue but guys in a black tux..does that still work???
