Ok I have to start my invitations at work today, I feel so so behind! What can I do for the labels, I don't know where to start. Should I just write them out? My handwriting is not bad. Do I print them from this site? Help post pics if you have!!!

i printed my envelopes myself. I used a program in word and picked the font i liked best. I then cut and pasted the addresses from this site. It worked out well and was really fast. HTH!

i bought a really nice pen and wrote them out myself they came out gorgeous unfortunately I didnt know of a calligrapher at the time and just wanted the invites out ASAP everyone so far thought they were nice....

We had all the addresses in an Excel spreadsheet so we could do a mail merge and print directly on the envelopes. We used Brock Script I think (downloaded from dafont.com). We also printed the return address on the back flap in a font similar to the invitation font. Here's some pics:
I printed the envelopes myself, but i had the invite company print the return address on the flap
We have a data base in Access, and FH matched the font and we fed them though the brother laser printer one at a time, we set it for manual

another thing i did, was i didnt do my all the stuffing of my invites at once.
On the first day we printed all the envelopes with everyones addresses, did access and mail merge worked perfect
On the 2nd day I put the invite and the direction card to the RH into the inner envelope.
then the 2nd day, i stamped all the outer envelopes and the RSVP envelopes.
then the 3rd day i sat with my list and stuffed the rest of my invites with the rsvp cards, i made sure i numbered the cards with the corresponding spreadsheet numbers, and put hotel info for the OOT people only.
Today is the 4th day, and i am going to seal my invites and mail them out.
I think doing it all at once would of killed me, i am glad i did a little each day, it was not overwhelming at all

What i did was (much like you), at work print the labels up. I used Avery, large clear labels and a microsoft word template. If you like - FM me your email addy and i can send you my template.
