Need help with wedding day timeline

Hey girl, is there some sort of guideline as to how to make a wedding day timeline. My main concerns are when to start getting ready through getting to the church.

My church is at 2:30... my BMs are all starting to ask when they need to be at my parents etc. I am having my hair and m/u done. I am offering anyone to have their M/U done. there are 5 BMs. My MOH will be there way early.. what about the rest? What time do pictures happen?

are you doing pics before or after your ceremony?

if all the girls need hair and makeup i'd estimate about 1/2 hr for each for each girl (if you have one hair person and one makeup person) - that equals about 3-4 hours. That being said, you'll probably leave for the church about 30-45 mins before (depending on where you live in comparison to your church)

so i'd tell the girls to get to you by 9am (and make sure they're definitely all there by 10am). that way you basically have 4 hours for everyone to get hair and makeup done

IMO that's more than enough time but i dont know what you have worked out with your photog regarding what time they'll start

I just made my time line yesterday! I gave myself 2 hours for hair and 1 hour for make-up. For the bms I did 1 hour for hair and 30 mins for make-up. Here's my timeline

9:00-11 - Hair
11:00-12 - Make-up
12:00-1- Pictures
1:15- Leave for church
2:00- Wedding begins

I'm having most of my girls arrive at 12 with their hair and make-up done. For the ones that are getting their make-up done:

8:30-9:15 - Grandma (Getting hair done at 10)
9:15-9:45- Cristina (Doing her own hair)
9:45-10:15- Crissy (Getting hair done 1st)
10:15-11- Mom (Getting hair done at 9)
11-12- Me (Getting hair done at 9)

I just told the hair and makeup girls who needed to be done and what time we needed to leave by, and what time the photographer was coming. They told me what time they would start and what time they would start my hair/makeup. They know how long they take to do each girl. The hair stylist came at 11am to just me, my mom, and my flower girl, the makup artist came at 11:30, but I think it was acutally closer to 12, to do me, my mom, and put fake lashes on 2 girls. We were out of there by 3pm.

ETA: my girls sort of fixed their hair and did some makeup on their own, and got dressed (I didn't put my dress on until we got to the RH), and the photographer took getting ready pics, so I was posing for some things, but not a full photo session with the girls yet.
