Need help with wine favors...

We're giving half-size bottles of wine as our favors. I don't want to have a custom label, I'd rather keep the original label and add a tag to the bottle. Does anyone have pictures of how I can do this, or ideas of where I can order favor tags from?

Thanks!

I did favor tags from Vista Print. I used the 250 free business cards and fooled around with it and made my favor tags. Mine is very simple but you can do great things with it.

I havent put them on the bottles yet but plan on tying them on with blue and ivory ribbons
