Need honeymoon help!
Ladies, I am going crazy.
I am getting married on 8/31/08 and my future husband and I just cannot seem to figure out where we want to go on our honeymoon.
We would like to go to the caribbean, we have not yet picked an island. I know it is hurricane season but we plan on taking out full cancel for any reason travel insurance.
We have looked at so much: Sandals (in every location), St Kitts Marriott, a half dozen places on Jamaica including Royal Plantation, Half Moon Bay, few places on Grand Cayman and we just aren't really getting excited about any of these places.
We want to go on this trip to relax after all the crazy wedding stuff, sit by the pool and on the beach, eat good food (we would like a lot of places to choose from) and drink some frozen, fruity beverages. We definitely want a suite with a balcony.
We had been really into Atlantis on Paradise Island for a while, there is a lot of food to choose from there and a lot to walk around and see without really doing anything plus they have the water slides which just brings out the kid in me. But then one of my friends said that even the time of year we plan to go it would be way crowded.
Really we just can't make up our minds. Can someone give me a swift kick in the *** please? We plan on using airline miles for our flight, so we really need to pick a place ASAP.
Any and all feedback is appreciated.
