Need long dress ASAP

Ok so i have a black tie wedding to attend this saturday and i need to find a long dress. Theres one store i know i'd find something but they are real pricey and cant spend that now lol. I have looked at bloomies, macy's, nordstroms, lord and taylor, unique-vintage and cant really find anything. Are there any other stores anyone can recommend, sites i can look at. Also doesnt help that ive gained weight

I always buy my dresses at Lord and Taylor, but it seems like you already searched there. Maybe try a different location?

Try davids Bridal they have tons of long dresses you can buy off the rack! or what about Estells in farming dale??

the thing im afraid with at davids bridal is if i will look too bridesmaidy, since i dont know what type of bm dress they have i dont want to risk getting anything close to it. I can try estelle's i guess. Maybe one night i can make it to farmingdale.

I dont want to spend ALOT, like the store i mentioned the dresses start at $500-600 and up. But willing to spend $200-300 ill use a card lol

i love the black one!!! So classy and elegant!!!
The 2nd one is gorgeous too...but i agree that if your blessed on top you might not feel comfortable.lol( i on the other hand never have that problem cause i was not blessed with those assets..lmao)
Then again the girl in the picture is very small chested.. so it mght look great..i think it's one of those dresses u just have to try on...

Thank you ladies, i read all the posts. Yes there is a loehmans on queens blvd i believe, never been there but i think its close to queens mall. Maybe ill go to lord and taylor in LI this week and check out a few other stores. Thank you for your suggestions

How about loehmanns? I know it is hit or miss but I have gotten great dresses there before (sue wong, vera wang, bcbg, etc.).

Opps - I did not notice someone already suggested this. I have the best luck with the one in NJ but there is also one on lake success. I would also try off fifth.

no i havent. Also ive only been there once. I have to say that i HATE shopping so any place that has way too many ppl drives me insane and ill leave hahaha. But i went to the one in the city and its always a zoo there

I like the black dress but that is hard to buy without trying. I am thin but hippy and sometimes dresses like that accentuate the hips. But, then again, I hate buying clothes online so maybe it is just me!
