My mother passed away this morning at 2:30 am. She hadbeen sick in the hospital for about three weeks now. This has been a hard three weeks. I cancelled my shower when she went into the hospital. This coming weekend was my bachelorette party in South Beach Miami and that is cancelled too. I wanted to postpone the wedding but it is to close and my family said that I should have the wedding cause that is what my mom would have wanted. My father passed away three years ago and the wedding was going to be hard enough without him but now it will be without both of my parents.

OMG!! Sweetie I am sooooo sorry to hear about your loss. Your family is right your mother would have wanted you to continue with the wedding. Her and you father will be there in spirit. My FH's parents are both gone and he is upset with them not being there, but he did say something that I will pass to you to help you on your wedding day. 'They may not be there in the physical sense but as long as they are in you heart they will always be there with you at all times.' I hope this gives you some comfort.
