Need photographer suggestions for bride on a budget.
I've booked the ceremony & RH now onto the next big decision. I think the next thing we should look for is a photographer. I'm trying to stay on my tiny budget so I need help figuring which ones could work with my budget. I don't want to run around like a chicken with my head cut off like I did when I looked at 30 catering halls I just want to look at about 4 good photographers and decide from them. My budget is under $1,500 preferably under $1,000 (wishful thinking, I know). I would like full coverage of the event, and to recieve all my pictures on high-res CD or the negatives. I don't need albums, etc.... It would be a great help if you can either post or FM me quotes from specific photographers if you have info on their packages. Thank you so much

Honestly in my experience just from talking to girls on here $1500 is very hard if not impossible to find. Im having the same problem honestly because I dont want a big pkg. but I do want quality and to me the $$$ are crazy. If you find someone please let me know and I will do the same. Maybe you can check out local art/photography schools? Or even put an ad on craigslist or soemthign for a hobby photographer... thats what we did for our e-pics, and I think they came out really nice considering we only paid $100

12th night will give you a CD rom with all of your proofs on jpeg files and 3 slideshow DVDs in stead of albums.
I'm pretty sure that they are within your budget.

Any other suggestions for photographers besides Twelfth Night?? They don't have to be well known. Just someone on the lower budget end of the price scale. Thanks!

have u checked out ariana studios? they have package deals so u can get a lot of the things u need for bout 5k.. that wold includ flowers, photo, video, tux, limos, djs.. arianastudios.com they even throw in a free engagment pic..
also i just found this one in a bridal magazine.. newyorkbridal.net they have a package for $2450 includes photography, video, dj or stretch limo..
i am cutting back on my budget or at least trying to.. so i'll be checking both these places out..

you can try 'Images by Jonathan' ....I think he would be withing your budget and offers exactly what you are looking for......my FH wanted the package you are looking for but my mom and I wanted the albums.

I am on a budget with my photographer as well. I booked 'A Candid Image'. They are pretty new to Long Island, but their website is great. I am paying under $1500 for a photographer for the day, there is no album included (that's extra), but I do get a CD of all the pics in high resolution with all the rights to the pictures. I am just going to make up my own album. FM me if you would like more info.

Thanks See I knew I had a few more options. Thanks for the suggestions. I sopke with John from Images by Johnathan. He seemed really cool. He called me back literally 5 minutes after I emailed him. What's awesome is that he comes to your house for the consultation.

Try Taylor Studios.... my friend is getting two photographers, full bridal album, 2 parent albums, all proofs, a few 5x7's, thank you's, images on CD, AND full coverage videographer for like 3700. If you want to spend 1000 he will just tell you what you will get for it..... Im sure it will be a lot

Has anyone ever used her? I haven't seen anything about this photographer before...
i'm 99.9% sure that Christine (chrissynricky) used her and her pics were gorgeous!
I went through all the reviews and found 3 people that used her! I emailed her to see if she's available for our date! We have an appointment with Perceptions on Tuesday...

Silverfox does 10 hrs photography for 1500. it includes 4x6 proofs and hi res DVD. He will freeze his album prices when you sign your contract so you can order an album at a later date at those rates.
