Need pic of CD favor with donation...help!

I once saw a pic of a CD favor on here with a donation scroll attached. Does anyone have this picture, or a picture of something similar??

I would like to make the CD's and either attach a scroll or write about the donation on the CD cover.....thanks!!!!

I have a box with a scroll attached. I guess you can do it the same way with a CD.

What does she mean?/ Make a donation somewhere and make CD's for the guests?

Yes! You can make a donation to a charity in honor of your wedding guests and give the guests a scroll telling them you made a donation. Some people give an additional favor. I am attaching the scroll to boxes filled with chocolates. She is going to attach it to a cd. Some people also just give the donation by itself.
