I am so sorry...

And I give you a lot of credit for dealing in family law...I interned at Nassau Supreme when I was a 1L, and any time I had to go to family court I just felt devestated being in there.

Are you still in law school? Family Court is very depressing, but it is fulfilling...i recently had a motion to dismiss granted...i was defending a child whose parents were in my opinion wrongfully charged with neglect for 'caring too much about his rights as a special education student'...that was one of the best moments of my life!

Thank you for your prayers! Chloe's wake is today and the cremation is tomorrow I am glad that baby Meadow was returned from foster care...at least she can got to her sister's funeral

i remember this one. i saw it on the tv news. the father was in tears and he said that the cops were grilling the son for over an hour like it was his fault. sorry for the loss.
