Need Word/Excel Mail Merge Help

Hey everyone:
I have all of my guest list items in an excel spreadsheet, separated by fields (i.e. first name, last name, mr./mrs, street address, city, zip, etc.)

I need to somehow merge them into a word label template.

What do I do? How do I tell word which fields to pick up for what line and how to align it properly in the label template.

Thank you

PS. We're talking about office 98 programs here, not the new 2000 ones.

what is your email address. i will email you from my office, send me everything and i will email it back to you.

its hard for me to explain it, its much easier for me to do.

it wont take me very long either.

In Word, Select Tools ----> Mail Merge.

For 1. Main Document Select Create --> Mailing Labels.

For 2. Data Source Choose Get Data --> Open Data Source and choose your excel spreadsheet.

It should walk you through the rest...
