Okay, so I blocked the rooms, and was able to get direction and reservation cards from The Wingate, however the Red Roof Inn does not supply any cards. So I thought I would make my own little cards with both hotels on it (to save on stuff in the envelopes!)
Any ideas on how to word it?
I am sending these cards along with magnet STDs that I am currently having made up. I will be buying the magnet holder and envelopes shown below.
Re: Need wording ideas for hotel info to send w/ STDs
I did the same thing--I would just include a card saying that for your convienence rooms have been blocked at hotel X & hotel X. with thier numbers.
I found though that sending out hotel info too early doesn't really work. I sent out mine 6 months prior & not that many peopel booked rooms. Peopel like to wait till the last minute to do things so make sure you include the same info in your invites. JMO
Your stds are so cute
