Need your input..

Need your input..

So I just started a new job about a month ago. I work at a small office, about 20 people and there are two bosses (one of which I work directly under) that run the company. I don't know what I should do about inviting them to the wedding. They obv. know about it. If I invite anyone, if would only be them. I don't know what I should do. I feel like it would be really weird if I didn't invite them but then again I don't know them that well.

If you only started a month ago, then I wouldn't bother inviting them. They don't know you well, you don't know them well. If they even thought about it at all, they probably figure that when you did compile a general headcount, that was well before you started working there, and therefore they were not included.

Nope.. don't invite if you've only known them and worked there for a month. I'm not inviting anyone from my job and I've been here 3 years.

i've worked at my job for over 2 years and didn't invite my bosses.

BUT if you think it'll be awkward if they're not invited, then invite both bosses (though i doubt it would be awkward - they're not expecting an invitation, i'm sure)

since you just started working there, i wouldnt invite them. no worries. dont stress it. they should understand that.

If it were me I definitely wouldn't invite them. As you said you just started working there and barely know them, I honestly don't think that they would be expecting it.

ETA: I've been working at my job for 5 years and not inviting my bosses.
