My thoughts are with you, I'm so sorry that this is happening to your brother. I had an Uncle who had seizures and they couldn't do much for him at the time (60's-70's)- he is lucky that not only is it 2005 but he's in NY...

Just make sure you get second opinions on everything...maybe even third opinions! What is the procedure for this type of case?
