hmmm... I *think* so, it is actually called Serendipity III..... bc it has changed locations not bc there are more than one

Do you like sushi? Koi is really good. There are also lots of great places in the Meat Packing District.

yes it is right off 2nd Ave and 60th.

when is Mom/daughter day, bc getting reservations can be a problem. Last time I went (which was a work day) we went in, and got there about 11, they said there was a 2 hour wait. We went right down the block to Dylan's Candy Bar and killed the time. It was sooo worth the wait!

ETA: whooops no I lied it was a weekend so the wait was prob longer than a weekday. It was also Christmas time so that didn't help either.

it was also more reasonable than I thought

oh okay you should be alright with making a reservation this early in advance then. Have fun and try and convince her you will NOT be disappointed. Besides the waiters are sooo funny!

you can research some places on Opentable.com and make reservations. Rosa Mexicano in Union Square is awesome if you like mexican. There are a ton of great restaurants in that area
