I just saw a brides CP on the 09 board and WOW amazing. And Im on their site and WOW amazing. Any feedback on Metro Florists?? They are in Astoria as well as Great Neck so Im thinking of going with my neighborhood florist instead of a preferred florist, anyone else going with a florist that is not a preferred vendor on here??
Also any feedback on A&S Whitestone Florists??

I was thinking about just going to a neighborhood florist instead of a florist that specifically does weddings...I think I will end up paying less.

yes I think they wont charge an arm and a leg for flowers as oppose to others

Just be careful with that...the neighborhood florist i went to charged almost $1000 more than the bigger name places wanted...

I am going with a neighborhood florist, i was quoted about $800 less. they made a centerpiece for me during our first meeting and were so helpful. the bonus is that they do the flowers for my church whenver the church needs them. my mom was also at a wedding where they did the flowers so she suggested i check them out.
