Do you know what the menus look like?

If you go to Fox Hollows website and look under the picture gallery in the wedding section, you will see a table with the exact menus they use. They are a plain beige cardstock with the menu items and above is the Fox Hollow Logo (the fox face in the trumpet) in Black.

Re: New fox hollow thread

I think I'm going to make my own menu, place cards, and table numbers. Paper and more has the cardstock for cheap

Re: New fox hollow thread

Help! I'm torn on whether or not we should have a wedding or just elope. I fell in love with the wgp at fox hollow and would love to celebrate there. We're on a ridiculous budget like everyone else and I'm so scared I'm going to visit, fall in love, and leave heartbroken because it's to expensive. Could anyone give me an idea of price per plate for a Friday in October? I'm considering a cocktail reception just to fit the room into my budget..it's just so beautiful!

Our saturday afternoon ceremony & reception is in October in the wgp, $82/pp.

I think the wgp is so beautiful on it's own you can save on a lot of costs by having simpler decor...they provide all the decorations & flowers for the ceremony, plus a lot of different linen colors.

Re: New fox hollow thread

I was just at FH tonight. The tvs have pictures over them so if they are not being used, you don't even know there are tvs in the room. We were told the uplighting is included as are the pin spots for the centerpieces. The intelligent lighting and the tvs are what needs to be contracted with Body Rock. Also, we were shown the space downstairs where the new cocktail hour space would be. I'm not so enamored with the idea of the basement feel for cocktail hour, especially since FI and I were really hoping for an outdoor CH. I wish they had made plans to create an outdoor CH space! :o( I hope this helps.

Re: New fox hollow thread

After posting I got impatient lol and talked to Ray. I got $169 which was still kind of high for us but I talked to someone who said another bride got $199 and that was the absolute lowest they would go. I want to meet Ray and try to negotiate down. The time of year is really going to play a part though....still hoping I'm the only one there that day :)

Re: New fox hollow thread

$169 is very reasonable for the rooms there. I check a few other in the area and they are only about a $20-$40 difference and they don't have the convience of being right next door.

I would be thrilled to get $169 - I'm going to keep that number in mind for when I call. Family members who have seen pictures of the rooms dismissed us at first but then we explained that *each* room is a suite and they changed their minds realllll fast lol

Re: New fox hollow thread

I'm happy with the quote but I want to sit down with him. I always feel nervous about signing through fax and emails.

Question any one have quotes on Bravura?
