New here - have location questions

HI there. I am brand new today, got engaged on St. Patrick's Day in Savannah, Georgia. Although my fiance would like to get married there, I would prefer to do it on LI as all our family is here. I really love the vineyards (Macari and Martha Clara are my faves so far), but I also would love to know about any places on LI that have a pavilion or large covered deck ... I want an indoor-outdoor feel. I would love to have it completely outdoors but am too concerned about rain, wind, etc. Can anyone suggest places that have this kind of a setting that aren't extraordinarily expensive?

congrats on your engagement!!!! everyone is so helpful on this site! I only know of waterfront locations- not so sure about closed in decks-
