Programs-BUT just sent the design to printing company today and they are going to start doing them next week. We picked all our ceremony music and readings last night so sending that to them.

2nd fitting-have an appt april 22nd
buy shoes and veil, plus although the seamstress said i dont need a bra i think im still going to get one.
Favors and favors packaging i cant decide on favors
Have an appt monday with RH for final menu
have to get reader gifts, plus FG and RB gifts
still working on must play list lol
and finish seating chart but i already have half, have to wait for all rsvp's
i am most likely forgetting things hahaha

i think we are in pretty good shape...here's what we have left:
Get marriage license—April 18th Write Vows Confirm ceremony order with the rabbi Design program Print and assemble programs finish putting together favors (ribbons, tags, etc) buy baskets for favors, programs, and yarmulkes call guests who don't rsvp by deadline seating chart go to final fitting tip envelopes final payments to everybody and their mother get eyebrows threaded go to spa for wax and massage :) write shower thank you's gifts for best man and MOH finish shopping for honeymoon clothes! :)

Denise- the final appts that we've already had- we scheduled for after work... DJ I scheduled for a sunday morning. Photo- weekday lunch since they have an office in the city. Limos we did on the phone. We can't take off any other days either - so we had to do after (or during- lol) work. Most should be able to work with you... ( I was just re-reading this thread and saw you asked- we don't live in LI either)

LOL Seating Chart-RSVP date is 4/25. Placecards and placecard table set up Grooms Cake RD invites need to print and send out and finalize menu Finalize RH menu 4/23 and make final payment!! Whoa!!!!! MOB dress!!!!!!

OMG I just read thru this and I am having chest pains. I seriously need to get a list together. -We are scanning the montage pics this weekend, -**Call Non-RSVP'ers -printing the sample menu & faxing to RH for proofing -( my RH recommends sending first to them before print in case something is wrong) -need to meet with Deacon -need music for ceremony (4/26) -dye shoes -hair trial #2 -pack up BM/GM gifts, thank you cards -Seating chart -seating votives -2nd fitting -bachlorette party -tip envelopes - buy wedding cameras -drop off favors,table votives cameras -Rehearsal Dinner

yeah i called back and said 'Listen i have to cancel bc there is NO WAY we can make it that early and not just that day but any other day before the wedding and guess what! oh they have a 6pm appt lol so we got the 6pm

luckily we booked RD today, and got tuxes this weekend, thats off my chest: Still have to... get marriage license dye shoes flower girl dress book makeup artist! hair/makeup trials GM gifts FG/RB gifts and reader gifts 2nd fitting (first week of may) epics RD invites make cardbox/unity candle (bought stuff tho!) get garter/ undergarments table numbers/menus/placecards (from invite lady) seating (dreading this one) ummm cant think of what else...... oh yea go to vegas in 5 days!!!!!!!! whewwww MUCH needed!

OMG! It's nice to see that you all still have lists as long as mine to complete. lol I was really beginning to stress thinking I was sooo last minute! I also can't believe how time flies!!! I'm starting to get nervous!

Thank you, they had mailed to us the choices we'll have to make so fh and i did that friday night, this way we wont be there that long hahahah
