hey girls.. I am newly engaged and just joined Li weddings.. I prob won't look at any venues or do any planning until after the holidays :( does anyone have any suggestions on new and upcoming venues in the long island area?

I would check out The Royalton if I were you. I'ts not new.. but newly renovated and it's still a secret... not many people know it exists! But its georgous! You should definately check that place out!

Welcome and Congrats!!! I have to reccomend Jericho Terrace (since it is my RH and all). The food is amazing and the people there are wonderful! It's a beautiful place.

Welcome & Congrats. New venue is Allegra Hotel in LongBeach. But its definitely going to be pricey! I recommend highly The Fox Hollow its beautiful & the food is outstanding!

Welcome to the boards....i dont know of any new places opening up...but depending on your budget there are many beautiful reception halls on LI..Theres Leonards, Jericho Terrace, Fox Hollow, Swan Club, Chateau Briand, Chateau La Mer etc
