I am newly engaged and this is my first post here. We are starting to look for RH's. We are on a really tight budget and am looking for a Sat afternoon Buffet reception for under $70. Was wondering if that was actually doable? We are think about Caffe on the Green, Roma View, or Riccardos by the Bridge. Does anyone have any experience with any of these halls? Any help would be great!

Out of the 3 you mentioned, i say caffe on the green. Riccardos is smaller, there is a room downstairs but not big at all, didnt see how big the upstairs room is, plus the lobby is very small but again depends on what youre looking. Roma view i think ive been to lol, i know its in howard beach and ive been to a few catering halls in howard beach, i think i went to a christening here.
I know at riccardo's you can definitely get it for under $70 and probably dont even have to do buffet you can even do sit down for that much.
again, my vote out of your choices is caffe on the green

I actually wanted Caffe on the Geen but when I called today they said that they will be renovating and will not be showing until the March. I was so bummed. I really wanted to book something before then. I have an appt with Roma View for the 18th. I have heard that the food there is awesome. I am going to try to see Riccardos this weekend, They told me I dont need and appt. I have my fingers crossed.

Welcome and congrats. Maybe check out chateau la mer in lindenhurst. We are getting married there on a saturday afternoon and having a buffett. They ave us a great deal. $55 pp. Good Luck
