Hi everyone! My fiance and I were engaged on 10/25/2011. Now we are planning on booking Woodbury Country Club for 11/17/2013. The price we were quoted is fantastic and I absolutely love the RH, but I need help finding an affordable florist.
Also for any WCC brides, could you tell me what was included in your wedding? And how everything turned out? I would REALLY appreciate it! Thank you!!!!!

Congrats, now the fun of planning starts. For florists, try Distinctive Floral Design or Hidden Essence. Both were fantastic, close in price, affordable and I think both would do an amazing job for any wedding. But that's my opinion. HTH's

i used pedestal's florist for my wedding and they did really well but were a bit pricey.
as for WCC - we loved it there! you can read my review for more details. You can also feel free to ask any other questions - i'd be happy to help!
oh, one thing to know is that for me, they were really great about negotiating! -- they lowered our price per person by a little -- gave us an extra captained station at CH -- put the cloth draping on the ceiling for free -- gave us the CH sofas for free -- threw in a cordial's bar after dinner (though we never actually got it - it was just forgotten about) -- waived the $500 ceremony fee

CONGRATS!!!! Michelle from Hidden Essence really gave as a ton for our money. We thought we'd have to really skimp out but shes amazing.

We used Designer florals by Sharon and she did an AMAZING job and stuck right in our budget. Everyone complimented how beautiful the CP and BOK's were. She was such a sweetheart to work with and even delivered and set up everything herself. She doesn't take a million weddings at a time so you get real personalized attention.

Congratulations on your Engagement! We used Metro Floral Decorators. The Astoria, Queens location, although they do have a location in Great Neck. Absolutely wonderful to work with and you really do get a lot for your money! People could not stop talking about the wonderful job they did at the Church & wedding
