Ohh ok! Well I would still def start looking soon, but I don't think you need to as quickly as you would if you were getting married in March!! Good luck!

Re: Newly Engaged
Yes, I would def start looking! LI is crazy with booking up early! We're getting married at the Bourne, so I'm a little biased. I totally agree with 1 event at a time. It is really important to us. Maybe March you could get that kind of price, but I think for a Sat it still might be above $125 pp, but it will be beautiful!!

Re: Newly Engaged
thanks!! I actually looked at the Bourne this past weekend, I really liked it! The price was a little higher than I wanted, but still not terrible. I have more venues to see this weekend but the Bourne is def still in the running!

Is Bourne super expensive? It looked so pretty online I nearly had a heart attack when my co-worker showed me the website.
OP, did you look at the Woodlands yet? It also looked pretty online and FHs uncle is a chef there but my mom went there with my sister to look at it for her wedding and she said it has a damp sorta musty smell? Did it smell for you? Wondering if it's worth checking out.
I'm going to see fox hollow this wknd.
It is def pricy.. especially in the summer. Off season months are not as much. It depends on what day you choose (obvs Saturday is the most expensive). There is also a site fee. One thing I liked is that they only do one wedding a day-- that way you can pick whatever time you want for your wedding to start or end. I have the price list at my parents house- I'll be there Fri and can FM you prices if you'd like.
I didn't see the Woodlands yet- I'm going there on Monday. I'll let you know what I think.

Thank you.
I'm going to see the North Ritz as well and got a quote for Westbury Manor which actually seems reasonable...and if you marry in August or Sep, it's cheaper than May-July...although I don't want to wait that long. I'm already waiting longer than I wanted lol.
