Newsday Home Delivery - Subscribing Online

I just subscribed for home delivery of Newsday (weekend editions of Fri., Sat., Sun. for $0.99 per week). I was just wondering if anyone else had subscribed for home delivery online and if you had any problems with getting your paper. I live on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house and my landlords live downstairs. I don't think they would take my newspaper, but does Newsday deliver in a bag with your name on it or something if you live in a multiple-dwelling? Has anyone put in for home delivery online and never received their papers? Just want to make sure I didn't do something stupid (probably would have been smart to check before I placed the order, don'tcha think? Durr!).

Thanks!

I placed my order online and got my paper within a few days. However, they don't put my name on the paper. It eithe comes in a plastic bag or it's tied in a rubber band. I live in a 2 family house also.

I did the same and never had a problem with my paper delivery. I also lived upstairs in a 2-family house, and I just told the landlord the paper was mine (they didn't get one) and they were nice enough to sometimes take it in and put it by my door. Just let your landlord know.

Thanks, ladies. I figured they didn't put your name on it, but have only had newspaper subscriptions at my parents' house. I don't think my landlords will take the newspaper but I'll let them know.
