Nightmares from wedding stress?!

So I've been having these horrible and really vivid nightmares for the past couple of weeks. They don't seem related in any way (either to the wedding or to each other!), but my friend says it's 'just wedding stress'. Seriously, it's affecting my sleeping and I'm getting horrible headaches too! Have any of you had this type of experience, and if so, how did you get over it?

The one nightmare I had that WAS wedding related I had last night, wherein I had gone to pick up my wedding dress and it was bright red! I woke up in a panic and FH just looked at me like I was INSANE! LOL
