I thought when a breast augmentation was done, they used silicone or saline which weighs FAR less than fatty tissue. This is why surgically enlarged breasts stay up on their own...the don't really weigh as much=no back pain.

My inplants are placed over and under the muslce so they just kinda SIT there and don't have any pressure on my back
When you see me you will understand that they fit me. See they aren't FAT like what real breasts are made up of so they don't strain my neck.
I am 5'1 ..... and I love them. I would have went bigger!!!
I love NO bra's I can wear ANYTHING I want...

My implants are 5lbs each but they are salt water weight different then FAT!

OMG...this is soooooooo funny! I can relate to allllllllllll of it!!!! What I would give for a pretty bra, or better yet, a MATCHING bra and underwear set! Now THAT'S living!!!
