Anyone just having a MOH and best man? My FH is thinking maybe we should go this route instead of 3 Bridesmaids & 3 Ushers on top of that. I don't care either way as long as i have my FG and ring boy too!

We are having 5 and 5. But I know a friend that the FH is having 1guy, the best man. And the bride is having 5 bridesmaides. So anything is possible.

We have just a MOH and a BM.. it is by FAR the best decision we have made.
I did not want to be forced to divide my friends up into who does and doesn't make the cut. My MOH has been my best friend since we were toddlers. The BM is actually my other best friend - but he has become FH's dearest friend in the last 5 years as well. Each is a godparent to one of our children. I told my sisters that I was only having one MOH and did not want to decide between them - and also that since none of FH's sisters would be 'in the wedding' we wanted to be fair. They understood perfectly.
I am also pleased to only have a small number of BP gifts to buy - it gives me the freedom to really choose something that I know they will love - rather than something they 'might like'.
And best of all - my MOH can wear whatever she wants! She can pull something off the rack at Macy*s if she chooses!

I am not having any BMs either. I was even thinking of not having a maid of honor as well. Is it wrong to do? I have 2 close friends, so I do not want to have to decide whom to choose.

i think we are goign to have my family in it and his best friends because he doesnt have as much family as me but he has a lot of guy friends and i liek more....we can double upo the guys with the girls its all cool
