what was your true final count? Did anyone have people who never rsvp'ed show up? Did everyone have a few no-shows?

i had 3 people RSVP yes but one couple called 4 days before to say they werent coming and my cousin just didnt show even though he told me he was coming 5 days prior. I did get a nice gift from the couple but my cousin nothing, not even a phone call to say sorry I didnt show...

We didn't have any one just not show up the day of, but we did have EIGHT people call the week of the wedding and say they no longer could come....after we put our final count and payment in.

we had a few losers who didn't show up.. and we also had a few show up so fortunately it worked out..

I have a feeling that alot of people who RSVPed yes to me won't show the day of the wedding due to a family illness. i completely understand if things go bad and they can't show, but at the same time I really want all of them there.

My brother had 5 people not show up. And one couple bring their elderly parents without notifiying us before hand, so at the end we were down by 3 people.

We have 2 couples who didnt show-one had a family emergency the night before the other had a family emergency on their way to the reception. Otherwise-we had 2 people bring guests that were unexpecte but it was ok obviously b/c our count had dropped by 4

How did you deal with this at the reception? Did you have to change seats around to accommodate extra people at the table?

We had 4 no shows total. (2 that we knew of 2 days before but it was too late to change our count.) Oh well...it happens.
