hey guys, does anyone know of a non-denominational officient who has a GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR? We met with our officient yesterday and he was very nice but just lacked that 'pazzaz' that I am looking for. I know it's a serious ceremony and not a comedy hour but I was hoping for someone who would make the ceremony extra special by either being super warm or clever or something. anyone have any reccomendations?

I highly recommend Rev. Alison Caiola. She's really cool and does a custom ceremony for each couple. She definitely has a great sense of humor and is just really chill and laid back. After our first meeting, she gave us 'homework' to do. She wants us both to write an essay on why we have chosen each other and why we love each other and she'll incorporate some of it into the ceremony.
Pastor Mike Cassara is a vendor here on LIW, he has a GREAT Sense of Humor and Mike puts you at ease right away.....

Pastor April is a JOY to work with - very funny, but appropriate! She's all about your ideas - be them funny, silly or just plain wacked out!

Not married just yet, but we are going with Bettina Yiannakourou and we were looking for the EXACT same things in an officiant. We want a very warm, lighthearted ceremony.
