Non-wedding related but future related

Hey guys I work in a Financial Planners office, and something was swept across my desk that I took interest in... Yes after over 10 years of doing this, I actually found something that is no quick fix, but really good for future planning.

It's regarding a 529 Plan, which I am sure some of you know about and some are probably like 'Huh!' Its a savings for college funding...
