Re: North Ritz

I didn't taste any cakes, but they offered ice cream. Everything was fantastic. I tasted about 8 different hor d'oeuvres like cocktail franks, caviar cups, spinach pie, chicken and beef on the stick, potato puffs and like 3 others. We got to taste the salmon and the filet mignon/chateau briand and the chicken. They brought out 6 sauces so we could try them all. The salad with the raspberry vinaigrette and cranberries was delicious. The place looks great. They will be covering the tpke and they put up a black gate outside too. It was super!!! I am so excited. We were the only ones there because I needed a specific time. They call you though to make the appt. But I did call to remind them that I was waiting for it.
