North Ritz Brides
What did you pick as your entrees? We have not had our tasting yet but am curious and excited to hear what you liked best. Thanks!

Re: North Ritz Brides
Hello. I picked:Filet Mignon with some kind of mushroom sauce (?)
Sea Bass with papaya mango salsa
Chicken stuffed with spinach, and cheese and pine nuts (I think).
DH and I ate the sea bass and loved it. Got many compliments.
Filet Mignon people raved about this one! Some said it was the best they had ever had.
Chicken - Tell you the truth..I only found 2 people who picked this. One thought it was great and another said it was dry...so not sure.
At my tasting, I tasted the chicken with the rasberry sauce and loved it!

Re: North Ritz Brides
I didn't get that far yet---and probably won't for like a year and 10 months LOL BUT I hear the food is awesome! I seem to remember there being a lot of choices! I am not a big 'food' person so I will let FH and parents do a lot of the picking! I remember FH eyes popping out of his head when he saw all the food choices!! When can you or when do you usually go for your tasting? Is it supossed to be right before the wedding?
